I know there is alot of recipes for gravy, this is mine!

Ingredients

brined whole garlic cloves
1
brined onion diced
all turkey drippings
4 c
water
1 Tbsp
salt
1/2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
turkey giblets (no neck)

How to Make Candi's turkey gravy

Step-by-Step

  • 1After brineing your turkey boil your onions and garlic cloves with your giblets.
  • 2add giblets (not the neck) whole garlic cloves and onion pieces to turkey drippings and run through food processor until liquified
  • 3add to water and flour and heat whisking until thickened.
    Serve with turkey dinner!
    *Note-I had to add quite a bit of water as I do the "2 hour turkey" and there is not alot of drippings. I also brine my turkey for 30 hours. these recipes are on this site and I will link them to this one for you!
