1After brineing your turkey boil your onions and garlic cloves with your giblets.
2add giblets (not the neck) whole garlic cloves and onion pieces to turkey drippings and run through food processor until liquified
3add to water and flour and heat whisking until thickened.
Serve with turkey dinner!
*Note-I had to add quite a bit of water as I do the "2 hour turkey" and there is not alot of drippings. I also brine my turkey for 30 hours. these recipes are on this site and I will link them to this one for you!
