Candi's turkey gravy
15brined whole garlic cloves
1brined onion diced
·all turkey drippings
1/2 tsppoultry seasoning
·turkey giblets (no neck)
How to Make Candi's turkey gravy
- After brineing your turkey boil your onions and garlic cloves with your giblets.
- add giblets (not the neck) whole garlic cloves and onion pieces to turkey drippings and run through food processor until liquified
- add to water and flour and heat whisking until thickened.
Serve with turkey dinner!
*Note-I had to add quite a bit of water as I do the "2 hour turkey" and there is not alot of drippings. I also brine my turkey for 30 hours. these recipes are on this site and I will link them to this one for you!
