candi's turkey gravy

I know there is alot of recipes for gravy, this is mine!

Ingredients

  • 15 - brined whole garlic cloves
  • 1 - brined onion diced
  • - all turkey drippings
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • - turkey giblets (no neck)

How To Make candi's turkey gravy

  • Step 1
    After brineing your turkey boil your onions and garlic cloves with your giblets.
  • Step 2
    add giblets (not the neck) whole garlic cloves and onion pieces to turkey drippings and run through food processor until liquified
  • Step 3
    add to water and flour and heat whisking until thickened. Serve with turkey dinner! *Note-I had to add quite a bit of water as I do the "2 hour turkey" and there is not alot of drippings. I also brine my turkey for 30 hours. these recipes are on this site and I will link them to this one for you!
