How to Make Zucchini Applesauce
- In large saucepan bring to boil zucchini, apples, water, sugar, cloves and salt.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove cover. Continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated. Discard cloves.
- Mash or blend in blender until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate.
