    fresh rinsed strawberries or raspberries
  • 2 oz
    powdered sugar
  • 1 oz
    brandy or cointreau
  • 1 oz
    strawberry or raspberry liqueur

How to Make Strawberry or Raspberry Puree


  1. Place the berries and powdered sugar in a small blender with the liqueurs, and purée until totally smooth.
  2. Strain to remove seeds, if desired. Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator.
