sour apple - cranberry sauce
My son loves cranberry sauce and he also Loves sour! So I found this recipe and added a few of my touches to it, and he fell in love with it. Hope you enjoy as much as he does :D

Ingredients
- 1 package 12 oz raw cranberry's washed
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 large granny smith apples (peeled,cored and diced)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small lemon juice, fresh
How To Make sour apple - cranberry sauce

Step 1Rinse cranberries and place in a 5 Quart sauce pan, add sugar

Step 2peel and chop apples, squeeze lemon juice from one small fresh lemon. add water

Step 3Let simmer on Medium-high heat stirring often. After 15 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat, and stir in sweetened dried cranberries. Cool. Cover and chill until ready to serve. ****Can be saved in fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!!!!!
