- 1/4 cup water plus 6 ounces
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or splenda
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Step 1In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup corn starch and ¼ cup water until combined. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, over medium high heat, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine. Bring sauce to a boil,cook for one minute. Add corn starch mixture and cook until thick and shiny,about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside until ready to use.
