A tasty sauce for pound cake or ice cream. Very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 c
    orange liqueur (grand marnier, triple sec or cointreau)
  • 1 Tbsp
    frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

How to Make Raspberry Orange Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. NOTE: If you don't want seeds in your sauce, process berries in a food mill/sieve first and then put puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
