2 small
cantaloupes, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
medium sized peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
1/2 c
slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c
orange juice
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 c
mint, fresh minced

How to Make Minted Peaches and Melons


  • 1In a large bowl, stir together the cantaloupe, peaches, almonds, orange juice and lemon juice.
  • 2(At this point the fruit can be refrigerated, tightly covered, for up to 8 hours.)
  • 3Just before serving, toss with the mint.
  • 4Serve cold or at room temperature.
