Ingredients
- 2 small cantaloupes, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 6 - medium sized peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mint, fresh minced
How To Make minted peaches and melons

Step 1In a large bowl, stir together the cantaloupe, peaches, almonds, orange juice and lemon juice.

Step 2(At this point the fruit can be refrigerated, tightly covered, for up to 8 hours.)

Step 3Just before serving, toss with the mint.

Step 4Serve cold or at room temperature.
