Ingredients

  • 2 small cantaloupes, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 6 - medium sized peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mint, fresh minced

How To Make minted peaches and melons

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, stir together the cantaloupe, peaches, almonds, orange juice and lemon juice.
  • Step 2
    (At this point the fruit can be refrigerated, tightly covered, for up to 8 hours.)
  • Step 3
    Just before serving, toss with the mint.
  • Step 4
    Serve cold or at room temperature.
