apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
3 c
1/2 c
maple syrup

How to Make Maple Country Applesauce


  • 1Boil the apples til soft.
  • 2Use a food processor until it is a chunky puree.
  • 3put it back in the pot, add syrup and sugar.
  • 4bring to a boil (212' F) and continue to boil slowly 5 more minutes.
  • 5ladel into hot jars. process in boiling water bath about 20 minutes depending on your elevation.
