I came up with this one on my own after altering a ball blue canning recipe for jam.

Ingredients
- 6 pounds apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
How To Make maple country applesauce

Step 1Boil the apples til soft.

Step 2Use a food processor until it is a chunky puree.

Step 3put it back in the pot, add syrup and sugar.

Step 4bring to a boil (212' F) and continue to boil slowly 5 more minutes.

Step 5ladel into hot jars. process in boiling water bath about 20 minutes depending on your elevation.
