If I had grown up on this applesauce, I might be a fruit eater today! It's easy to do in the slow cooker and can be canned for year-round enjoyment. Outstanding over ice cream or as a side dish for pork.

- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
