Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cgranulated sugar
1/2 clight brown sugar
1/2 corange juice
2 tspgrated orange zest
12 ozfresh cranberries
1/4 tsppumpkin pie spice
2 Tbspgrand marnier liqueur
How to Make Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugars, water and orange juice. Stir constantly until sugars are dissolved.
- Add cranberries, orange zest and spices. Cook until cranberries have mostly popped, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in Grand Marnier. Pour sauce into a bowl and cool. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
