Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons grand marnier liqueur

How To Make grand marnier cranberry sauce

  • Step 1
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugars, water and orange juice. Stir constantly until sugars are dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Add cranberries, orange zest and spices. Cook until cranberries have mostly popped, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and stir in Grand Marnier. Pour sauce into a bowl and cool. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
