This is a healthy, yummy breakfast treat. Almost like baked apples, but in a casserole. It does take an hour to bake, so, I always start it early before anyone else gets up. Then, it's all ready for them. Of course the wonderful smells waken them earlier than usual!!

Ingredients
- 6 large apples, mcintosh or any kind. peeled, cored and sliced.
- 1/2 cup splenda, or sugar.
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
How To Make good morning healthy apple bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart caserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place apples in lg bowl. In small bowl, mix together Splenda, or sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Stir spice mix into apples and stir gently to coat. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Spoon into casserole dish. Pour milk evenly over apples. Bake about 1 hr, or until apples are soft and everything is bubbly.
