Growning up I really never liked cranberry sauce maybe because I thought it came from a can, well it was shaped like a can and it looked like jello but it sure didn't taste like any other jello I had before so needless to say I just figured I didn't like it at all. Well anywho I thought maybe if I tried to make it from fresh cran's maybe that would change my taster.... and low and behold I Do Like Cranberry Sauce "just not out of a can"!!!! Enjoy

How To Make cranberry sauce "yummo"

  • Step 1
Mix sugar and oj in sauce pan over med heat, pour in cranberries, stir and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until berries are done popping, remove from heat add just a pinch of cinnamon. Stir to mash berries and place in a bowl and chill. I like my sauce strained so after I mash the berries I run my sauce through a strainer and place in a bowl then chill. I make it both way's caues some of us like it chunky and some of us don't :)
