This is so easy you'll wonder why you ever bought a can. Can be made a week ahead of serving time.

Ingredients

  • CRANBERRY SAUCE THAT'S QUICK AND EASY
  • 4 Cups - fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 Cup - sugar
  • 2/3 Cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - dried cranberries
  • 2 TBS - apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp - grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • - dash pepper
  • - makes 2 cups

How To Make cranberry sauce quick and easy by freda

  • Step 1
    in a Med saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a Boil. Reduce heat and simmer over med heat for 20 min. or until the berries burst, and the sauce thickens.
  • Step 2
    Cool to room temp. Then enjoy. store covered in the refer for 1 week. This will make 2 Cups of sauce.
