Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 medium
    fresh strawberries
  • 1 small
    shallot
  • 1 tsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    djon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    water

How to Make BALSAMIC DRESSING DIABETIC FRIENDLY (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and chop shallot.
    Remove core and thinly slice strawberries.
  2. Place all items in food processor (or blender) and process until dressing is of smoothness and consistency you desire.
