Oh MY! That's what I said when I first tasted this! I created this zingy peach dressing to pep up a boring low carb salad. It's simply scrumptious!! Use a soft ripe peach to get all that sweet juicy peach flavor.

- 1 - ripe peach, sliced into chunks (with skin)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce, to taste
How To Make zingy peach vinaigrette

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except sriracha sauce, in a blender; blend until smooth. Stir in sriracha until you reach the level of spiciness you like. Serve. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
