Zero Salad dressing

Kathy W

The flavor of this salad dressing can be changed depending on which herbs you use. (If you don't want pieces of dried herbs stuck in your teeth, put them in a "spice" grinder and turn them into a powder. Cut down the amount used to 1 - 1 1/2 tsp.)

Although I like to use a pinch of sugar to tone done the acid of the tomato, you can omit it (or use a sugar substitute) and have a guilt-free dressing.
