- 1/4 cup canola oil mayonnaise (or your choice)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon silver tequila
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 package 14-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix (angel hair or your choice)
