A great way to use pre-mixed coleslaw. Serve on tacos, alongside bbq'd chicken or with grilled flank steak or burgers.

Feel free to add carrots and red cabbage if you prefer.

    canola oil mayonnaise (or your choice)
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    silver tequila
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/3 c
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    14-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix (angel hair or your choice)

How to Make Tequila Slaw with Lime and Cilantro

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
