Spicy Lime & Herb Dressing

Baby Kato

This lovely dressing may be used to dress salads, or a marinade for steak or vegetables, try it drizzled over rice or soaked up with a crusty bread.

Make sure to season well with salt and pepper to enhance all the flavors.
