This comes in handy for a appetizer or a side dish for any meal. If you use for a appetizer you can cook for only a few min or serve raw(has more crunch!) I like the small skinny stalks for this recipe.

Ingredients For special asparagus with dipping sauce

1/2-1 lbfresh asparagus(thin stalks best)

3 Tbspmayonnaise

3 Tbspstone ground mustard(with horseradish)
How To Make special asparagus with dipping sauce

1Asparagus cut the end of stems off, then place in pan with soft boiling water and steam for 2-5 min depending on your doneness liking. I recommend to not cook too long. You need them to remain stiff so you can dip them in the sauce.

2Sauce 3 TB of mayo 3TB of mustard Stir together and keep chilled.

3Serve Asparagus with sauce as a side dish, appetizer or as a healthy snack. Enjoy!!:)
