1/2-1 lbfresh asparagus(thin stalks best)
3 Tbspstone ground mustard(with horseradish)
How to Make Special Asparagus with dipping Sauce
- Asparagus cut the end of stems off, then place in pan with soft boiling water and steam for 2-5 min depending on your doneness liking. I recommend to not cook too long. You need them to remain stiff so you can dip them in the sauce.
3 TB of mayo
3TB of mustard
Stir together and keep chilled.
- Serve Asparagus with sauce as a side dish, appetizer or as a healthy snack.
