soy sauce substitute... super!
This isn't soy sauce... but a lower sodium substitute that is very good! I use this for cooking and as a dip or to dribble a bit on my Oriental meals. We also use it for grilling...mmm

about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons low sodium beef bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper (or white pepper)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
How To Make soy sauce substitute... super!

Step 1Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer and let thicken a bit.

Step 2Store in refrigerator in a sterilized glass jar. Or freeze in ice cube trays. When frozen, remove and place in zipper bag to store.

Step 3Use this as you would regular soy sauce.
