royal's spicy thai squid salad
I love any kind of seafood. Squid happens to be one of my son's favorite. The combination of sweet, sour, salty, bitter & the 5th sense UMAMI (savory) makes this one special seafood salad. If you don't care for squid substitute any shellfish of fish. I hope that you will give this a try. BTW, it's so healthy. Cooking with Passion, sw:)
