Very strong, not for the faint hearted, DO NOT DRINK IT! Vinegar helps break down fat on lamb/mutton etc. Use ONLY fresh mint, dried mint does not work for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Quarter teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
- half cup boiling water
- Half cup balsamic vinegar
How To Make real mint sauce

Step 1Very finely chop mint.

Step 2Into a cup add mint, salt, pepper, sugar n boiling water, stir, leave to brew for ten mins.

Step 3Top up cup with balsamic vinegar. Serve over Lamb/Mutton. Also great on peas.
