Ingredients
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon red onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
How To Make raspberry vinaigrette

Step 1Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, jam, mustard, red onion, poppy seeds and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.

Step 2Note: If desired, had 3-4 fresh raspberries in the vinaigrette
