raspberry vinaigrette

Although this homemade vinaigrette is quite popular during the summer months, this can be enjoyed all year round...!

Ingredients For raspberry vinaigrette

  • 1/3 c
    grapeseed oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    honey, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp
    raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

How To Make raspberry vinaigrette

  • 1
    Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, jam, mustard, red onion, poppy seeds and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.

    Note: If desired, had 3-4 fresh raspberries in the vinaigrette
