Poultry Essentials: Tangy Honey Mustard Drizzle
Andy Anderson !
Many of the ingredients are pretty standard for a honey-mustard; but it is the proportions that make all the difference.
The honey gives it a sweet taste, and the vinegar and mustards, give it its tang. The salt and garlic pull it all together and impart an earthy savor.
This differs from a traditional honey-mustard dipping sauce, in that there is no mayonnaise. Just the awesome flavor of extra-virgin olive oil.
