This condiment goes great on italian beef/sausage sammies, pan seared chops, or baked chicken. For sensitive stomachs omit the jalapenos.

Ingredients

  • 3 large onions, sliced
  • 3 large bell peppers sliced or chunked
  • 2 large garlic, cloves, minced
  • 2 sticks butter
  • - minced jalapenos to suit you

How To Make peppers garlic, and onions

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet melt the butter . Add onions and cook on medium-low until onions are carmelized. Add garlic, bell peppers, and sliced jalapenos the last 10 -15 minutes I do mine this way because I like the peppers to still have a little crunch.
  • Step 2
    Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
