3 largeonions, sliced

3 largebell peppers sliced or chunked

2 largegarlic, cloves, minced

How to Make Peppers Garlic, and Onions
- In a large skillet melt the butter . Add onions and cook on medium-low until onions are carmelized. Add garlic, bell peppers, and sliced jalapenos the last 10 -15 minutes I do mine this way because I like the peppers to still have a little crunch.
- Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
