Ingredients
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 3 large bell peppers sliced or chunked
- 2 large garlic, cloves, minced
- 2 sticks butter
- - minced jalapenos to suit you
How To Make peppers garlic, and onions

Step 1In a large skillet melt the butter . Add onions and cook on medium-low until onions are carmelized. Add garlic, bell peppers, and sliced jalapenos the last 10 -15 minutes I do mine this way because I like the peppers to still have a little crunch.

Step 2Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
