- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, pressed (or minced)
- 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (or red pepper flakes) use less if you want less heat
