  • 16 oz
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • 3 large
    cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    tarragon vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Olive Oil Salad Dressing (vinaigrette)


  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a jar. Let stand for at least two hours before use. The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used on salad, in pasta salads and sandwiches.
