Ingredients
- 16 ounces olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
- 3 large cloves garlic crushed
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a jar. Let stand for at least two hours before use. The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used on salad, in pasta salads and sandwiches.
