Ingredients

  • 16 ounces olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • 3 large cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make olive oil salad dressing (vinaigrette)

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a jar. Let stand for at least two hours before use. The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used on salad, in pasta salads and sandwiches.
