How to Make Lemon Thyme Olive Oil
- Peal lemons cut in strips, place in jar. Place thyme in jar.
- In pan warm olive oil (do not boil)
- Pour warm oil over lemon and thyme, cover and store in dark place, lightly shake daily. after 2 weeks strain through cheese cloth.
- Bottle in green or dark bottles. Olive oil will go bad in clear bottles over time.
