How to Make Lemon Thyme Olive Oil


  1. Peal lemons cut in strips, place in jar. Place thyme in jar.
  2. In pan warm olive oil (do not boil)
  3. Pour warm oil over lemon and thyme, cover and store in dark place, lightly shake daily. after 2 weeks strain through cheese cloth.
  4. Bottle in green or dark bottles. Olive oil will go bad in clear bottles over time.
