- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion

Step 1Puree first 4 ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl. Mix in onion, cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature and whisk again before serving. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
