Grammie's Homemade Mayo

Kimberly Biegacki

This is my Grandma Roberta Campbell's recipe for home made mayonnaise and it is delicious. It is lighter in texture than regular mayonnaise and way more flavorful. It is also a really easy recipe to make.

Where she calls for paprika you could add sweet or hot paprika to change your flavor up a bit. It is just a wonderful recipe and I am so glad I found her hand written recipe inside one of her cookbooks.

I hope you enjoy.
