A quick, peppery, acidic Caesar that avoids raw eggs. Adjust the proportions to your taste. Does NOT taste fishy, even with a whole 2-oz. can of anchovies (6-8 small fillets)

- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated

Step 1Whir in the small bowl of the food processor until throughly mixed. Store in fridge. Yield 1 cup. Serve over cut romaine.
