Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup carrots
  • 1/3 cup radishes
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1/3 cup cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/2 - head of iceburg lettuce
  • 2 - chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash

How To Make grilled chicken chef salad

  • Step 1
    Dice chicken, saute in olive oil. Add spices.
  • Step 2
    Chop up lettuce and all veggies, start piling on plate with cheese and croutons being last. Add your chicken and dressing. Voila!
  • Step 3
    We love Hidden Valley Ranch dressing from the packet, made with mayo and milk for this dish.
