  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup each of freshly chopped tarragon, parsely, mint, sorrel and/or cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

    Peel and pit avocado
  • Step 2
    Puree avocado with buttermilk, herbs, vinegar and salt in a blender until smooth. Chill before serving
