Working at a few greek restaurants, I perfected my own dressing! I love this on everything!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • HERBS FOR OIL
  • - thyme
  • - oregano
  • 2 - cloves garlic
  • - fresh dill

How To Make greek dressing-marinate

  • Step 1
    Pour your oils in a pan turn heat to med, throw a few sprigs of dill & thyme, and a handful of oregano and garlic cloves. Heat til just starting to bubble. Turn heat off. Let sit until room temp. Remove herbs and discard. Except garlic, I save to rub on breads.
  • Step 2
    To a clean glass jar add your infused oils, vinegar and rest of ingredients. Shake well before using. Store in refrigerator. Great use for marinating meats,& veggies. Also using for salads, sandwiches and more.
