This recipe was shared with me by a friend, and it was given to her by a dear Danish lady, who lives to create in the kitchen! I love this dressing and am thrilled to share it with those who love making fresh, flavorful dressings! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • GINGER SALAD DRESSING
  • 2-3 slices of 1/4" slices of fresh gingeroot
  • 2-3 cloves garlic ( according to taste)
  • 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bragg's liquid aminos (grocery/heath food stores)
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper (according to taste)
  • 1 cup raw extra-virgin olive oil

How To Make healthy ginger salad dressing

  • Step 1
    In food processor, finely chop ginger & garlic. Add all other ingredients, EXCEPT OIL. Process until well blended. Add olive oil and process to desired consistency. Add a little water if too thick or oily.
