You've heard of "Newman's Own." Well, this is "Ellen's Own," and I just created it from things I had in the fridge. I had planned a nice salad for dinner, along with some soup, and realized I didn't have much in the way of salad dressing. Rather than rush to the store, I created this yummy dressing for two.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hellman's real mayonnaise (results cannot be guaranteed with miracle whip!)
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Step 1In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and blend well with a wooden spoon.
