This is a great tasting dip or dressing depending on how you want to use it great for raw veggies, mixed with tuna,egg salad, or potato salad, or as a sour cream substitute for sour cream on baked potatoes, etc. 2 Tablespoons equals 1 fat exchange.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lo-cal mayonnaise, cold
  • 1 cup buttermilk, cold
  • 1 package hidden valley original style salad dressing mix,dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes,rubbed

How To Make dip in -it's lo-cal

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients, mixing with a fork or whisk. DO NOT put in blender. Chill until ready to use.
