Ingredients

  • 5
    cucumbers, peeled and chopped into small chunks
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 pkg
    dry ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar
  • ·
    pinch of sugar

How to Make Cucumber Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop cucumbers into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients together and mix well. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the better it is. This is delicious! You can also put this into a food processor and process just until mixed.
  2. NOTE: This salsa is a matter of personal preference. This is a thinner salsa, so if you like your salsa a bit more on the chunky side, just drain the juice from the Rotel and try it that way. Either way, it is delicious! Enjoy! :)
