    real mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • ·
    salt, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • ·
    ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make Creamy Sesame-Ginger Salad Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Put mayonnaise in a medium bowl, add the ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice, sugar and salt. Stir with a whisk until very smooth. Add sesame seeds and season, to taste, with black pepper.
  2. Use immediately, or store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 8 days.
