  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 c
    plus an extra tbsp of extra virgnin olive oil

    kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to your tastes
