How to Make Cranberry Vinegar
- In a medium sized saucepan,combine ingredients
- Bring to a boil over medium high heat about 10 minutes.
- Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes or until cranberries are split and liquid is red.
Remove from heat.
- Carefully pour 1/2 the mixture thru a fine sieve or paper towel lined strainer into a large bowl.
- Repeat with second half of mixture.
Using a funnel, pour vinegar into assorted bottles .
Refrigerate until gift giving, or use
