This is a nice way to fruit up vinegar in salad dishes. Got this in a magazine a time ago and think the idea is splendid. Hope it is one you can use.

Ingredients
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 1 package 12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make cranberry vinegar

Step 1In a medium sized saucepan,combine ingredients

Step 2Bring to a boil over medium high heat about 10 minutes.

Step 3Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes or until cranberries are split and liquid is red. Remove from heat.

Step 4Carefully pour 1/2 the mixture thru a fine sieve or paper towel lined strainer into a large bowl. Discard solids

Step 5Repeat with second half of mixture. Cool completely. Using a funnel, pour vinegar into assorted bottles . Refrigerate until gift giving, or use
