Crab Ala-Cathy Salad

Sherri Williams

This crab salad is dedicated to my sister Cathy. She loves crab and this is right up her alley. There is only 11 months between us. When we were growing up, boy did we fight. LOL! Now that we are older and wiser, we know that the most important things in life are are faith, family, love, respect, loyalty, honor, friends and good plate of food with the Logan's! LOL... We have a very close family and we love each other very much. I know that she will enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it with her in mind. This salad is pretty just like Cathy. I love you sis!
