Ingredients
- MAKES 2 1/2 CUPS
- 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 - juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
How To Make classic vinagrette

Step 1If you don't have one or either vinegar listed above, any mild white vinegar will work, ½-cup total.

Step 2Whisk together all ingredients; or you can also put the lid on the container and shake; or use an immersion blender

Step 3Store in a screw top jar or sealed top container and shake well before use.
