Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 3 tablespoons baby chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon, fresh & finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white wine or tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup flatleaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, ground

How To Make classic green goddess dressing

  • Step 1
    In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth, silky and creamy. If you prefer, you may use a food processor, for a more speckled and creamy dressing. Chill and, then, enjoy!
