This is so easy to make, but tastes so good over most any kind of salad (spinach, greens, fruit). Diabetic and low calorie friendly for your dietary requirements.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup no-pulp fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make citrus dressing - diabetic friendly (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and whisk until well blended. Alternate method: Place all ingredients in a glass jar with lid and shake vigorously until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
