I learned this recipe from my unofficially adopted beloved "other" daughter, who introduced me to this wonderful and versatile sauce.

cilantro leaves (1 bunch)
2 clove
1/4 c
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
limes, juiced
1/2 t salt & 1/4 t pepper
2 Tbsp
wine vinegar, red or white (opttional)

How to Make Chimichurri Sauce


  • 1Blend it all up in a food processor or what have you and it's done!
  • 2Use as a dressing, marinade, baste, dip, on sandwiches... Wonderful on meats!
