I learned this recipe from my unofficially adopted beloved "other" daughter, who introduced me to this wonderful and versatile sauce.

  • 1 c
    cilantro leaves (1 bunch)
  • 2 clove
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3
    limes, juiced
  • ·
    1/2 t salt & 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    wine vinegar, red or white (opttional)

How to Make Chimichurri Sauce


  1. Blend it all up in a food processor or what have you and it's done!
  2. Use as a dressing, marinade, baste, dip, on sandwiches... Wonderful on meats!
