Ingredients

1 ccilantro leaves (1 bunch)

1 clovegarlic

1/4 conion

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

3limes, juiced (2+tbsp)

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
(opt)2 tbsp wine vinegar, red or white
How to Make Chimichurri Sauce
- Blend it all up in a food processor or what have you and it's done!
- Use as a dressing, marinade, baste, dip, on sandwiches... Wonderful on meats!
