catalina dressing
This is hard to find bottled in stores, and I use it as a chicken or pork marinade. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar to taste.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make catalina dressing

Step 1Place all ingredients, except oil, in the bowl of food processor and blend well.

Step 2With machine running, slowly pour oil in until smooth.

Step 3Store, covered, in refrigerator.
