I got this recipe from my sister, in Canada, we're always trading recipes...I'm posting this recipe because it is totally different from one I just copied from Lynnda Cloutier's collection....this way I have 2 different flavors to serve...

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    beau monde seasoning
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 tsp
    herbes de provence
  • 1 tsp
    flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make BOURSIN CHEESE

Step-by-Step

  1. BLEND TOGETHER WITH MIXER OR FOOD PROCESSOR
  2. ALLOW TO MELLOW FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE BEFORE SERVING
  3. YOU CAN SHAPE THIS INTO A BALL OR LOG, WHATEVER YOU LIKE
    YOU CAN ROLL THIS IN CRACKED PEPPER, OR FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY, OR FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS
