I got this recipe from my sister, in Canada, we're always trading recipes...I'm posting this recipe because it is totally different from one I just copied from Lynnda Cloutier's collection....this way I have 2 different flavors to serve...

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon herbes de provence
  • 1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

How To Make boursin cheese

  • Step 1
    BLEND TOGETHER WITH MIXER OR FOOD PROCESSOR
  • Step 2
    ALLOW TO MELLOW FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE BEFORE SERVING
  • Step 3
    YOU CAN SHAPE THIS INTO A BALL OR LOG, WHATEVER YOU LIKE YOU CAN ROLL THIS IN CRACKED PEPPER, OR FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY, OR FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS
