Everyone likes bitter-sweet Chinese sauce, served with chicken or pork. As for me, I also like to use this sauce for fish and meat cutlets and vegetable dishes. Easy and tasty!

How To Make bitter-sweet chinese sauce
-
Step 1Consistently fry in vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger root (slice of 5-7 cm).
-
Step 2Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and fruit juice. I use orange or apple juice (or another bitter juice).
-
Step 3Stir well and let simmer. Starch mix in water and pour in a thin stream into the sauce.
-
Step 4Stir well, wait until the sauce thickens and off. Bon appetit!
