Bitter-sweet Chinese sauce

How to Make Bitter-sweet Chinese sauce
- Consistently fry in vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger root (slice of 5-7 cm).
- Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and fruit juice. I use orange or apple juice (or another bitter juice).
- Stir well and let simmer. Starch mix in water and pour in a thin stream into the sauce.
